The key ingredients to a superior quality product are the design, tooling, materials and workmanship. At Wilson Windings, we use only the highest-grade virgin copper. Our insulating materials are also of the highest quality, designed and manufactured to withstand extreme temperatures and even the most adverse operating conditions. All permanent electrical connections are fusion welded - not soldered. All the field coils and other component parts are designed to meet and/or exceed O.E.M. specifications. We are also capable of producing custom designed parts as well as modifying existing designs to best suit our customers specific requirements. All technical information is compiled and archived using modern CAD software and extensive engineering databases.

Wilson Windings is an ISO 9000 registered company. All of our products are subject to extensive quality control checks throughout the production process. This is key in maintaining an "excellent" rating status with many of our O.E.M. and aftermarket customers worldwide.

Wilson Windings has the widest product range in the industry. With our new product introduction process, we are constantly adding to our product range, offering all the latest models to our customer base. Customer orders can either be drawn from our extensive existing on hand inventory or factory produced, with short lead times. Either way, our customer order fill rate is consistently in the high 90% range.
